TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT was founded in 1997 from Konstantinos Dimitriou, Electrician Mechanic E.M.P., accredited collaborator of German institute VDE, certified symbol Vds. (Expertise of German Actuarial Companies) and BS 7671.
